Writing Instruction
Our signature three-day writing training is designed to introduce participants to the format and shared language of the constructivist approach.

Analyzing Student Work
When analyzing student work, we assist teachers i finding what students are doing well and where we can teach them something to get to the "next level". We build tool boxes for this sophisticated work.

Reading Instruction
This two or three day training provides participants with an overview and shared language of the constructivist approach in teaching reading.

Balanced Literacy
This training is a balanced literacy overview including phonics and foundational skills, not typically taught within the workshop hour

CGI
From building number sense, understanding concepts, and fact fluency, these sessions inspire and support the development of a CGI, workshop approach to mathematics instruction.

The Poetry Toolbox
Through the five foundational voices of poetry, this workshop offers unique and accessible ways to master figurative language, show vs. tell concepts, narrative, and small moment writing.

Administrator Support
Training offers an overview of the principles, instructional practices, and ways to support and grow the work at the school site.
